A week-by-week plan from first group chat to Sunday checkout, including when to collect money and how to handle the lad who never pays.
Ten weeks out: agree the town and the weekend. Eight weeks: collect deposits — not before you have a date, not after people have booked flights.
Six weeks: lock activities. Four weeks: confirm numbers with us. Two weeks: balance due, itinerary out to the group.
The week of: send one message with times and meeting points and nothing else. Nobody reads paragraphs on a Friday.
