Question 1

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

Eight to twelve weeks is ideal, and longer for June to September or a bank holiday. That said, we've pulled full weekends together in ten days — call us and we'll tell you honestly what's still available.

Question 2

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A deposit per head secures accommodation and activities, with the balance due two weeks before arrival. Everything is invoiced in writing with a full itemised breakdown. We never take cash on the day.

Question 3

What if numbers change?

Accepted Answer

Numbers always change. Tell us as soon as you know and we'll re-cost the weekend. Our terms set out clearly what's refundable and by when — no surprises in either direction.

Question 4

Is everything insured and licensed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every activity supplier we use is fully insured and instructor-led, and we carry our own public liability cover. We'll send certificates on request.

Question 5

What actually is Find the Bride?

Accepted Answer

It's our signature set-piece and the reason a lot of groups find us. It's arranged discreetly with the bride-to-be beforehand, runs across the weekend, and the groom never sees it coming. We won't spoil it here — ask us on the phone and we'll walk the best man through every detail.

Question 6

Is the fiancée really involved?

Accepted Answer

Only ever with her knowledge and full consent, and she has a veto on everything. It's a prank on the groom, never on her. That's non-negotiable, and it's the reason the game works.

Question 7

Do you cater for groups who don't drink?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Plenty of our weekends are activity-led with light or no drinking. Tell us the mix in the group and we'll build around it.

Question 8

Can you handle a group of 40?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tralee and Killarney are the strongest bases for very large groups. We'll assign a second coordinator on the ground for anything over 30.

Question 9

What happens if the weather turns?

Accepted Answer

This is Kerry — we plan for it. Every outdoor activity has an indoor or sheltered alternative already held, and switching costs you nothing.

Question 10

Do you cover towns outside Kerry?

Accepted Answer

No, and that's deliberate. We only plan in Kerry, because knowing seven towns properly beats knowing thirty badly.
